Costco Food Court - Lenexa

Pizza, which we had to wait 40 minutes, got three people sick. Definitely won't be back.

Closed before six on a Friday should be open until 830 and customer service agents were rude

Food is good and inexpensive. $1.50 for a Jumbo hot dog and med drink?? Self-service kiosks are handy, like other restaurants, longer waiting times occur during usual meals.

Been to Costco a lot and spend way too much money at all components. By far the slowest and most inefficient food court I?ve come across. Understaffed and incredibly slow. 30 minutes for a pizza seems like I could have had one delivered to me more quickly. I?m confident they took at least one of my pizzas I ordered and put it on the line cause they ran out. And after asking they stared blankly and didn?t let me no once done while standing there. Glad I don?t live beat this home if a Costco

Unless, you want to be a second class customer, I suggest you use the self serve kiosk to place your order. Kiosk orders seemed to take precedent over the customer standing at the counter. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and was told it would take 20 minutes. When I returned 20 minutes later, they hadn't started to make it yet. When it did come out, the pepperoni was oddly piled in some areas and large areas had no pepperoni at all. The pizza itself was undercooked. Normally, I would give 5 stars for a pep pizza. I suspect the kiosk was responsible for my poor experience today.
