Neato Burrito - LEMOYNE

Used the app again to order our food after we called and tried to order by phone. We wanted to place a phone order because the 2 previous times they had our order completely wrong on the app. They refused to take the phone order and for the third time the ingredients had completely mixed on our orders. It's not even worth developing what was wrong. Tired to sprinkle my food like a biology drug. 2 stars because the wrong food was fresh

I love Neato. This was a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. But I?m giving it one star because it?s pathetic that Jon and Shane, the owners, still won?t let folks tip the employees. You guys don?t even take cash anymore and we still can?t tip folks with our cards. It?s such an easy fix. I used to work here so I know how you guys feel about your employees. It?s just sad that after ten years those feelings haven?t changed. Please be better bosses.

Plenty of parking, seems clean, not worth the cost to your body. Got my wife 's order wrong and she had allergic reaction to food, and I spent the weekend figuring out why it is called a 'toil 'et. Avoid like the plague.
