Dunkin' - LEMOYNE

This is such a beautiful Dunkin so it's such a shame it's absolute garbage. The food is terrible and poorly made, my coffee order is never the same (I'm pretty sure that's just a Dunkin thing in general), and I don't have high standards for customer service but the younger workers in there just stand and giggle, which is fine if you can at least put together a structured order correctly (it's on a screen you just need to read it)I've noticed it myself but looking at the other comments it's a common occurrence, they skimp on ingredients and syrups in particular (not using a full pump) also they barely have any donuts stocked in their ample cases.Save yourself the time and your money and support one of the MANY local coffee shops around the area.

Idk man, its just like anywhere else. Donuts aren't made fresh anymore. Service is whatever because it's from kids who care less or are socially awkward. It's all over priced. Definitely not what I grew up with that's for

Everytime they forget an item they forget how to provide great customer service. Let 's forget the fact that they are constantly forgetting items, and key in on the fact that they don 't resolve your issue and this isn 't the first time. I ordered a churro donut yesterday omw to work and only realized they had forgotten it once i was already there. You 'd think telling them hey you forget my donut yesterday when you 're there at least 3 to 4 times a week would get your issue resolved easily and all i got was a dang my bad... And still no churro. Why? Because everytime i go to get one of these limited items it 's never in stock. Dunkin may be my go to but i will never go to this location again!!! I 'd rather go to the one that 's out of the way omw to work than to deal with this location ever again. I 'll also be able to use my points for the minis, because they 're not to cheap to sell 3 packs ?

Great! 9 out of 10 thru have donuts even in the afternoons. Line moves along quickly. Staff does a great job!

Amazing cold brew. Sooo good. Got all the swirls I paid for. They were out of one of the donuts, and let me know which ones they had available, instead of just putting a random one in the bag or simply saying “we are out of such-and-such” and ending the convo at that. Great service especially for the evening shift ?
