Pizza Hut Express - Lemon Hill

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If I was the owner of this establishment, I'd also consider hiring new staff, or at least a new night manager, as the one that's there is not very competent. The owner is losing out on business and revenue from customers because they don't know how to fulfill orders correctly or timely. As a result, I cancelled my order.

First of all, I went in to order they got my order wrong. She charged me $31 for order of breadsticks that were 7.99. She had to get the manager involved to get the refund and the manager told me it was a communication error. I told the manager I ordered one order of breadsticks not five orders so now I'm waiting for the pizza and the chicken fettuccine. We got our food and took it home when we got home and we opened up the box. We were shocked that the pizza was so shriveled up the crust was ultra thin. There was hardly any cheese. The sauce was sweet, kind of tangy taste, which is much different than roundtable And very little meat and olives, just really skimpy on the toppings... Bottom line... Don't waste your money, if you just want fluff and dried bread, then go to Pizza Hut. I don't know what I was thinking to go back there. Nothing has changed over the years. It might even have been worse than before.

First of all the delivered person delivered to wrong house whose is next door. My neighbor was nice enough to asked if we order pizza because the pizza guy just drop off and left. Just to open first box and so on to my 3rd pizza that it was all cheese pizza? So I paid $23-$25xx each for cheese pizza? They even got one of my soda wrong. Everyone was hungry and waiting for pizza just to received cheese pizza‍

We ordered dinner to be delivered to our hotel. The dasher was 20 minutes late, but indicated she arrived on time in their App. NOPE. NOW onto the food. We ordered a melt and pasta. The melt was so crispy that it was pretty much inedible. Yep, burnt. Fortunately the pasta wasn 't overcooked so we shared the pasta. Not much else to do as we are only in town to catch a flight out of SAC to go home.

Best part of ordering at this location was the friendly service. I was serviced by Harvey he was very friendly, professional and helpful. The food was fresh and hot I have no complaints! I appreciate you being kind to me and my children.
