Mountain Mike's Pizza - Lemon Hill

The dough on the pizza we ordered was completely raw. When I called to tell them about the issues, they said “can you just call back in the morning, because we are closing.” What??…are you serious? Then asked us to drive back with the pizza for a refund. We got the refund but no offer to make it right otherwise…we will not be going back here, because this isn’t the first time they have screwed up our order. Too expensive and all I got was a hassle!

Mountain Mike's Pizza is our work-group go-to spot for lunch. We typically are a group of at least 12 people and always find the dining room clean and with plenty of seating to accommodate us all. The pizza and salad are always fresh and so yummy. There are a few in our group who are strictly veg-heads MM happily obliges our request for a veggie pizza if there isn't already one on the buffet. Great restaurant with delicious food and comparable prices...we will for sure return!

I dont really understand why this place has such bad reviews, like it's the best mountain Mike's I've ever been to. The pizza is aways super fresh and delicious. Orded my pizza wrong and they re did it for free. Keep up the amazing work.

We love Mountain Mike's! This is a great location! The staff is super friendly and the pizza's always good. They've also gone way out of their way for us. When we mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza through the app, 100% our mistake, they made us an entire new pizza for free, no questions asked. You don't really get that type of service anymore.

? THAT WAS DISGUSTING PIZZA!! So non quality! AND Apparently I have no choice of what type of crust I deserve for my own money on my own pizza!! I paid for a pizza for take out, waited until they called my name, but they never called by name after 40 mins,, so I had to go find out the status, but the front counter attendant just gave me a roll of the eyes instead of asking what I needed, so I checked with a different attendant that was running pizza from the back , got it and I left, go and attempt to enjoy it, but realized after my first bite it's got no crust, this is flat, I hate flat pizza, it's disgusting. IT'S JUST A FLAT TORTILLA with cheese and junk on it. The cheese was bad, it tasted old, pizza was very greasy, not enjoyable at all. I called to explain my situation, the first guy told me honestly that's the way we make pizza here, then placed me on hold, the next guy who was the same guy that fetched my pizza from the back heard my case, put me on hold, returned on the line to tell me, WE HAVE BEEN MAKING PIZZA THAT WAY FOR 32 YEARS NOW, THAT'S THE WAY IT'S MADE HERE, AND PEOPLE LOVE IT, WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND DON'T COME BACK, I told him its awful, that's not pizza that's a tortilla with cheese and I should have a choice on my crust, I told him not to worry I'll never be back here again. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. ? YOUR TORTILLA PIZZA IS NASTY!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ENTER I WISH I WOULD HAVE!! THERE'S SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE FOR A REASON!!
