Church's Texas Chicken - Lemon Hill

I stopped off for dinner, and to use the restroom, but when I went to the front door it was locked! Even though it was during business hours. I will never go here again.

I ordered 3 piece meal and received 2 piece, i picked it up on the way home and didnt check until i got home (which is like 20 minutes away) when i called to let them know, the person that picked up sounded like he didnt have an ounce of customer service experience in him. in fact he didnt even sound like he wanted to be there. when i told him i wouldnt drive 20 minutes for a piece of chicken, mr.smartypants then proceeds to then ask me what do i want him to do about it? i dont know maybe trains your employees? i hope you see this big bro maybe youll do soomething about it

Churches is delicious and we love the honey butter biscuits. This time oddly the chicken tasted unseasoned but still crispy crunchy like normal just bland.
