California Pizza Kitchen At Arden Fair Sacramento

Olive oil and bread, bolognese pasta, pizza with everything was great! However the margarita pizza was disappointing. The menu pictured the margarita pizza with sliced tomatoes and basil, but when I received the pizza it had canned tomatoes and a small amount of basil.

Today we came here around 7.30 pm and one lady who working there for table service , she did cummunicate very rudely with us firstly we did order soft drinks and asked her for less ice but she didn’t take care then we asked for straw and she throwed front off us . its big frenchise we didn’t expect this type of service .

We came here at 8:07, bad service ever i have seen, surprisingly, when i went to see the customer and i gave him a chance if another server can take care of us but he said feel free to leave…I just wanna ask the owner this is the customer service towards the guest….?????Bad service ever.

Worst service ever seen in my life. We came 4 people at 8:07 by hoping an excellent service but what I see the server is so rude she doesn’t know how to deal with customers when we are placing an order she ran away. I ordered another drink and I asked for another straw,she just threw away the straw .I just wanna advice an owner, please bring an experienced server to bring your pizza up otherwise it’s gonna be worst.

We four came here to have a pizza however, customer service is so worst, there is only one server, she is very rude, not responding to four of us.Last but not the least, she provided drink and i asked for straw and she threwed it away. we called her a lot but no response at all. She just ignored ...it is a huge brand, but customer service is worst than we thought. i asked for boss to manager, but he was not present.
