Nguyens Fusion Bistro - Leith-Hatfield

They are out of business. At least their Uniontown restaurant is out of business. They need to remove it off the list.

Was the best sushi in town. Great food and atmosphere. Always clean. A bit pricey but always worth it. Unfortunately owners sold and new owners cut size in half. Was very dirty and food wasn't good. Has since closed.

Searched for the most reviewed restaurants in the area. This place made the top 3. Drove there first! The place seems like they failed to survive the pandemic out of business!

I just recently moved to the uniontown area and was looking for a good sushi place to try. I had heard about this restaurant from a couple friends and decided to give it a go. My first night in my new place, new people, obviously a little nervous, when i walked into this business I felt like I had just received a huge hug from the staff. They welcomed me in and got my order done pretty fast and efficiently. As I was standing there waiting for my bag to be brought out, one of the men that works there, didn't get his name, began to spark a conversation. He complimented my jacket and then we just got into a conversation about how much we like north face. When the chef brought out my bag of food, she and another man asked if I would like a few drinks, I asked how much and they said it was in them. They gave me a free sprite, coke, and diet coke. Not only was the professionalism and the atmosphere comfortable, but the food was excellent. Keep up the good work, I have/will recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Delicious! I’ve been here a couple times in the last couple months. The staff are very friendly. The food is delicious. It’s usually not busy in there, but the dining area is really clean and nicely decorated.They start out by asking if anyone in the party has any allergies, which I really appreciate. I am a Celiac and I really enjoy them starting out with this rather than having to explain my allergy when ordering! All allergens are clearly indicated on the menu and many dishes can be made to cater to your specific allergy. I felt very safe here. I highly recommend for everyone, including those with allergies/dietary restrictions!
