The fry?s are horrible!!! They tastes like rubber????

Went on Sunday 09/04/2022. Got home order was messed up called the same night and was told by Mike my order would be fixed. I went on Tuesday to get my order replaced that was messed up on Sunday. Had my receipt with me and everything was told by thelady that was at the window that she could not replace my order do to the fact that it was almost $40.00 I proceeded to let herknow that I was told by mike to come back and it would be replaced. She said that she was not able to. So when I left the storeI contacted the phone number to complain on how I was treated. Then today I got contacted by the GM on her personal number notthe store number stating that she got an email and asked me what happen to proceeded to tell her what happen she then told methat she could not could not replace my order due to the fact that I did not have the food. I let her know that I had thereceipt. Said that she was not allowed to do that. This is not now a GM is suppose to take a problem she has in her store. Allthat I ask is my order gets fixed and this to never happen again. I should not be treated this was nor should anyone else

The best part of Rally's would be coupon items. The difference between regular cost versus coupon buying is really a no brainer with this fast food vendor. Hmmmm.

Fried and funnel fries were good and hot. Burgers tasted fine but was on the cold side.

Drive thru is usually pretty solid. Food is fresh and tastes good. If you order through a delivery service your food may or may not be there and be any good. Out if the dozen or so times I've ate there it was just that one bad time
