Bidra med feedbackDear colleagues, For more than 16 years I have worked as a chef in gastronomy and have never written a recession! This will be my first, and I would ask for apology if, in my opinion, constructive criticism is now wrong. We were registered today, 25.12.2022 for lunch at 12:00 for four people. Orders were onion rust roasts, stag ragout, cheese and cordon bleu. After 45 minutes the food came, a praise and a recognition that they came to the table at the same time, not today of course! Also noteworthy is the technical rest that the service personnel emit. Now to the unfortunate part and I ask for forgiveness, because it is not easy for me to say that! Because I appreciate our craft, the passion for our profession very much! Nevertheless, I find it only fair, because even one has to accept criticism of the following points! My opinion is: At Stag Wut there was no depth of taste, the meat was partly not sufficiently permeated and the sauce was very lazy also due to the amount probably onion that should serve for binding. The Cordon Bleu raised the appearance of an acidic taste, was remarkable that two cordons on their way back to the kitchen were also something to feel. The pommes were double-footed and thus completely absorbed with fat. I honestly wonder what kind of production this Cordon Bleus is behind. The sprinkler was set too high for 17€ and the portion size as well as the tasteful fineness of a sprinkler was not justified! You can buy Röstis, you don't have to hide! But the price is hot The onion roast that was for me was great! Only the ordered cooking degree was not hit by medium, but came to Rare. The quality of the meat was great so it didn't disturb me anymore! Conclusion: The price, the energy, the personnel, the economic situation, etc., which is certainly justified by your side, is only in proportion when a skipper is placed on it. An improvement tip in the service would be a more pronounced after-service, soce requirement, drinks and even desires would be a great conclusion to your top team! That was unfortunately not given today! The first Christmas holiday, usually your first Christmas as a new tenant, the stress of double occupancy, all this is completely understandable and gives to certain sources of error! A mistake on our part was definitely not to say something directly so that you can react immediately and now write a recession will certainly be the easier way, but I find this information coming you! There was also no way to look for the conversation, because at this moment a larger group came, whose place was still occupied and the stress remained in the air. Very good food we were all convinced. Portion size top! Go on.
The interior is not so cozy, but the food is excellent and the host is a very friendly and accommodating person. The prices are comparatively low for the class of dishes. I always like to press the thumbs that this restaurant survives the renewed closing of Corona.
