We had to wait ages to get seated, there was no staff, took forever to get served, took forever for the first set of drinks to come to us followed by over a 45 minute wait on the food to be served to us, and even worse the food was stone cold ! Had to find a waiter to tell him this and he took our plates and gave us another meal another 45 minutes later which was not much warmer than the last. To top it off the Katsu curry sauce was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I love spicy food but I think that day the chef must have been on speed and must have put double the amount of chillies in it ! I begged for water and asked 3 times for it but no one was available to get me any as there was no staff available. I just wanted to get out of there. Couldn't even flag down a waiter to pay the bill. The food was expensive and we were not offered any compliments of any kind considering the service we received. I would never ever eat here again. Wagama sort your staff out or close it altogether if you're that short ! Don't let customers suffer like we had to. Absolutely disgusting !
Me and my friend came in for something to eat before shopping and we were served by Celeste. She was so lovely and friendly and made the whole trip worth it. 10/10
Thought the food was very good and the service excellent from Chris. The only downside is the unisex toilets which were not in a good state as used by the deliveroo Uber eats delivery riders congregating outside and using the side door. If I was the manager I would label one of the toilets for their use only!!! Off putting
Very busy with a queue at the door but we were seated really quickly. Our server Taya recommended some new menu items and they were delicious. Thank you
5 Stars for our waiter for the evening Casper. What a fantastic waiter with an unmatched charisma. Anything we needed, he was more than happy to assist with, at great pace as well, really adds to your evening when you feel appreciated by your server, so I want him and manager’s of this restaurant to know that we appreciated him. A delay on one of the meals is why this review is 4 Stars but Casper did all he could to help resolve this.
