Steak Out - Leicester

My friend's steak was mediocre, the macaroni and cheese was decent, but the desserts were terrible. Even the buffalo wing starters were overly spicy. To make matters worse, the portions were on the smaller side. When we tried to address our concerns with the staff, we were met with dishonesty and rudeness. The worker falsely claimed that the owners were the same as before and made excuses for not being able to accommodate our requests. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. It's a shame because I used to enjoy this restaurant under the previous ownership. However, I have no intention of returning under the new management. I hope the new owners learn how to better treat their customers in the future.

I visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. It appears that the chef is also the manager. If we are not satisfied with our meal, it will be taken away but we will still be charged for it. We ordered a steak and only received half of it. The wings were overly salty and the chips were undercooked. Our drinks were flat and I even asked the server if she would consume it herself. However, when she spoke to the chef, our food was not returned and we were still charged for it. I will never return to this restaurant and do not recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your money.

This dining experience was incredible, probably the best I've ever had. Everyone should give it a try, I highly recommend it. It's not even too expensive, and the staff is amazing. It's the best steakhouse I've ever been to. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare, and they nailed it. It was exactly how I like it. When you order steak, you expect it to be cooked medium rare.

So disappointed .. I had thought of the photos and reviews that eating would be divine. I would have complained to the staff, but only not the heart, since they were so polite and friendly and the man at the. Actually came to ask how the food was .. my chicken upper leg dish was superdry and on request sauce he was so friendly and prompt I just didn't say anymore.. Presentation was best neat and I couldn't finish the meal as the chicken legs were simply ordered. I was with a special friend and did not want to ruin the evening as it was my friends birthday treatment.. but the salat ordered came as chopped wobble, tomato and def old gurken... my eating came in a teller instead of a swallower when I had specifically asked for a swallower. Actually, the one star for the personal .. drinks were hot and table was sticky. I'll ever want to go there again. really really robbed!

Came with family of 8, seated straight away, good customer service, had a philly stake, was delicious, will definitely come back as the food and service was great
