We ordered a pizza on Saturday night in with the kids knew they would be busy so ordered at 6.15pm was told the pizza would be delivered in 1 hour – max 1 hour 15min – so thought 7.30pm would be great time to eat and feed the kids. By 8pm no pizza so I called the shop a boy answered saying the driver is out and it should be there soon. At 8.30pm still no pizza so called again the boy answered and said it should be with you in 10 mins by then I was fuming and asked what they were going to do as a good will gesture as the kids were starving by now and he put a rude lady on the phone. Whilst on the phone the pizza arrived and the woman was totally rude and no good will gesture was offered but had the nerve to say ‘I’m not shoving it down your throat’ and that her shop was busy and said asked me if her if I was threatening her???? The driver was rude and didn’t have a clue what he was talking about and offered a joking £2 of the order and said rudely do u want it or not and walked off with the pizza’s, We had to go out at 8.3opm to get the kids food. Not only have they lost us we would never recommend these guys again and we got a lot of family and friends that will not be using this rude and unprofessional company.

Sorry to say but the service is very terrible i order spicy panner and vegetable pizza they said i have to wait 1.30 hours so i said ok i called them at 7.00 and then i rang them againat 8.30 they say that you have to wait half n hour more because we are really busy and dont have driver then why they take order like this if you dont have a driver to delivery your food on time and as far as i came i passed from their shop before order i ddint see it was that busy. one of my friend was waiting and because of this much later she went home said leave it i will come and have it tommorow i felt so dissapointing will never order from here and as i rang them and asked how long i have to wait and they said half n hour so i said leave it i dont want it and they are like eno we cant cancel it just waiting for the driver to come and pick it up.

I have tried to order home delivery from this place many times over the weekends but each time I ring up I get told that they are way too busy to deliver and could I possibly collect, if I refuse to collect then I get given a delivery time of over1 hour possibly 2 hours which I think is pathetic because their local similar competitors always deliver within the hour, plus the little childish girls who take the order over the phone are too busy laughing at each other and not concentrating on getting the order right. I would never go to these guys again and from now on I go to similar competitors on St Saviours road and Uppingham road.
