What can you get at reasonable price. Tasty food . Not many thali places left nowadays. Fantastic decor and good food.This place simple, clean and good family owners. Always come here for home food when in Leicester.

The food at this restaurant was good, but almost everything was cooked in the same sauce or gravy. The Chilli Paneer was delicious and freshly made, while the Chilli Mogo was similar but with Mogo instead. The Veg fried rice was slightly delayed, but it was clear that it was made fresh. Other dishes arrived quickly, with the Daal and rice being the fastest. The Veg Sizzler was the last to arrive, and while I expected it to sizzle, it was just a mix of vegetables like the Chilli Paneer and Mogo. The Crispy bhajiya was tasty and served with a special sauce and chutney. The salty Lassi was more like butter milk, watery and lacking in yogurt. The napkins on the table were in short supply, and we had to ask for more. Overall, the portions were small for the price, but the food was tasty compared to other shops in Leicester. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were fair and friendly.
