Pizza Hut - Leicester

Fantastic service. Ordered a delivery to premier inn hotel this was no problem. They had ran out of garlic bread only had 3 pieces so called me and offered a tear and share, I thought this would be instead but sent both!! Also driver arrived on time

The manager are very bad they don't know how to speak to a customer..... also they don't know how to deal with customer and there language is very very bad..... they took 45 minutes to take my order and they did not say anything no sorry or thank you ... very very bad service. They very very rude rude them 2 Indian girls.. they both give me wrong name when I asked them one said maya.. they did not give me the proper name... it will be great if you can bring a new staff or take them out.... When I got my order and I check it and it was all wrong order... I order on hickley road...

This was my first time ordering from this location, and the manager was extremely nice, and helpful. The pizza was wonderful ! I will definitely order from this location again!

Ordered two large pizzas and a side of potato wedges for delivery. Arrived in good time but as soon as we opened one of the pizzas we could see something blue in the cheese. Upon further inspection it turned out to be a piece of plastic. I rang the Pizza Hut and they were very apologetic and said they would send everything fresh ASAP. Within 20 minutes the new food arrived and was fantastic. They took away the one with the plastic so they could investigate what had happened. Great food but just make sure you check the food before you send it!

Ordered from here several times during lockdown, pizza Order had always been correct, hot, arrived on time with very friendly delivery staff wearing masks and gloves. Well done Pizza Hut Hinckley road.
