Amigo Grill - Leicester

Ordered large vegetarian hot pizza. Lacked flavour, didn't taste fresh at all, wasn't even that hot. Ended up throwing the remaining 4 slices away. Crust seemed pre-made.

Amigo always lie!!! the women at the till says the same “it will be 5 to 7 minutes” for everything but you end up waiting at least 6 times longer!! last time I waited over an hour because a lot of the time they don’t even have the order and keep asking you the same question over and over again “what’s your order?” even if you call in advance it’s no point as they won’t have even started making it they are totally unorganised. Every customer asks “how long?” Every single time, you never get food on-time then when you ask you can hear them arguing behind that “they didn’t make it” then they blame each other for the delay, and the lady comes back and says the same “5-7 minutes” They lie to everyone even regulars and **** customers off !

Amazing food , highly reccomended, staff are very respectful aswell. Gourmet burger is a must try , absolutely banging

Ordered food for delivery and stated my time of delivery but food was delivered 45 minutes early. Rang the ladymanager who was incharge was bribing me not to put my review. Service is awful food not satisfactory came cold

Food uncooked and cold rang the restaurant and was rudly spoken to by staff. And told that's how there food is. Have reported to health hygiene to
