Have discovered the restaurant in the sling block hannover because it was written as a gourmettipp we wanted to dare the way to teach. from the outside an absolutely inconspicuous building but inside awaits a great exact yet inventive kitchen.
We were now 5 times in sight.A time to a 4 course menu which was brilliant and I can recommend everyone and 4 times to brunch. We have tried 3 years in succession the asparagus/earth beer brunch.In the first jar there was probably no earthly time so that the earthly berry could only be found as deco on the quarkspeisse and was sprinkled in the fruit salad.In the second year, there were too little earthy for the crowd of guests who were there. the brunch was more than crowded and it would not have been enough for everyone if everyone had taken only 1 spoon of earth.In this year the same game as in the first year. no earthy. Hold it. so eat and as deco. if everything was good, and we were missing the earthy, we were pretty stupid. unprofessional and unfriendly. it is great if you only have regional or to buy German strawberries, but then I should consider if I offer this. The invitation to Christmas brunch led us to the first time in the visier. the restaurant was very well visited. we had the pleasure of getting a table in a separate room so that the noise level was very pleasant for us. in the big room it looked a bit different.The service was very courteous and friendly.The selection at the buffet was very good. suppe, cold food, fish, gans with dumplings etc., all delicious and of good quality. only the snake at the buffet annoyed a little.We will definitely come back. in a multi-course menu, we will then be able to feel the kitchen crew right on the tooth. the awards of the chef have a lot to expect.We are very excited to see how large the distance to the top gastronomy in hannover is.
