Little Caesars Pizza - Lehi

Full disorganization? the place is overtaken with young teenage staff, over half of them seem to stand to not know what to do or just hang to listen to music. I came in and ordered 8 simple pizzas and was told they were ready in 15 minutes? over 30 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be, and they said all the pizzas that they had gone to people who were waiting in transit and they did not know where my order was. She immediately refunded my money and made the pizza fresh? for these 3 stars instead of 1 and a great thank you!

Update: This must be the worst pizza I've ever opened! Seriously? This is bad A star because they constantly do not make certain objects. This can be to volume they are always busy. Please have the items on your menu

I'm still gonna eat here because it's big and cheap food. However, I hope that some things can change in this place. I went through today and there were probably 4-5 people running around the back door and screaming. Then every time I ask if certain pizzas are available because the shield is sharing? Hot and ready between 4-8? are never ready. So I just get cheese and pepperoni, which is good. When I get home, the pizza is not cut through and I have to cut it. I don't know. I'm just worried about this team and location. I hope some changes and trainings can happen because this pizza is great. See you next time!

Overall, it was just super busy at a weekend when all parents get pizza! Not the staff that needed it forever. Drive thru is still the way to get here as it went faster than the inside and you don't have to hear people complain. At least people you don't know.

The date is Friday, 9/16/2022, the time i went was 8:45pm. First off, they messed up my order. I got charged for something, but it was never given to me. Whoever was working on the drive-through needs to drop their attitude. I own my own business, and if I had an employee talking to customers like that, they would be fired immediately. When I tried to order a pizza that wasn?t pepperoni or cheese they said ?we don?t sell different types of pizza after 8 PM. We only sell cheese and pepperoni?. That has NEVER been the case when I have gone to little ceasers. So is this a new policy, or is this just pure laziness? Either way, it seems like a terrible mistake. I wish I could give a worse review than 1 star.
