Blaze Pizza - Lehi

Food is great, the service is a bit underwhelming. Tasty pizza for a very reasonable price.

This is hands down, my favorite place to eat.Unfortunately, they made it so you have to pay in the front of the line instead of the end of the line. It took away my pizza being customizable, and the whole experience. I was really unhappy with how my pizza turned out compared to past pizzas here.

I used to love eating at this place. Used to! Not so much anymore with the changing of the build your own pizza. Have to tell them up front what you want and have taken the personable piece out of the equation. I want to tell them if I want more sauce, more bacon, more chicken, peppers, tomatoes. Not anymore, and you have to pay when ordering. Certainly liked the old way, and would like to see it changed back to the old way. My 02 cents. Way too cold in there. Everyone was complaining about the AC being freezing.

Food is decent however it is more expensive than mod. And mod was better. They also do not let you walk through and ad toppings as you go, they expected you to k ow exactly what you want on a build your own before seeing the toppings. The gal with black nails and dark makeup was rude as well.

I hate the new ordering system!! It takes the personalized vibe completely out of it. Now you tell an employee what you want from a list and pay before. I have previously gotten the build-your-own pizza with lots of veggies and I was severely disappointed last time I went. The pizza looks nothing like it used to. Like the tiniest amount of toppings possible. It also took a lot longer. Blaze! Go back to the old way of making the pizza in front of the customer, with feedback along the way so it’s perfectly how you want it. I will go somewhere else next time. Super bummed.
