Wendy's - Leesylvania

Dump. Dirty. Bad service. Food was cold. Soda machine malfunctioning. No ice. A guy was literally in the middle of taking my order and let another customer ask him to change out the wrong type of drink and he abandoned me and went away. This place was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in years. Also felt like the entire place was covered in a thin layer gold grease.

Arrived around breakfast, interested in lunch menu, too early tor lunch.

I'm complaining because I came to place my food order. I told the lady at the register that I don't know what was happening with my card. I told him to enter the numbers. I showed him the balance on my card. Many children came in while I was processing my card, I stood to the side and she canceled my order when I approached to pay you, I had to wait for 40 children for her to attend. He told me that he couldn't help me, so I should wait until the last

My wife and I have visited this Wendy's on several occasions now. They have consistently had good and fresh Wendy's food. We enjoy their nuggets, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and even their salads. This store is typically not crowded and we have been impressed with the employees and their desire to please and accommodate. The only minor complaint we have is that on more than one occasion, the drink machine which is supposed to dispense hundreds of options is typically out of most of the options. The store has always been clean, and most notably, again, the customer service has been stellar for a fast food restaurant!

I requested no mayonnaise and no tomatoes, and my order was correct.
