Bidra med feedbackYesterday afternoon I went to buy a Subway, terrible service, the girl with the big angry and serious face didn't even greet me, she just saw me serious, not even a smile, nothing when I was ordering my Subway, I told her what I wanted, in the end she didn't give it and I told her that I put what I had put on her. She looked at me with a serious face and was very sharp. I think she is from Afghanistan because of her facial features. I don't know. Unfortunately, the place is nice, but with the employees they have, it's not so good. I hope she's the other one. Every time you go, even if it's just smile because you go there to shop, you don't get free food and they greet you with such terrible [hidden link]: Good
This subway location, Daniel Stewart square in Woodbridge VA, consistently attempts to short customers. When ordering online, they NEVER put double meat. When you call and complain, they will make another sandwich with more meat, but it is not doubled as advertised. I gave up on getting accurate delivery.Today (10/31/23 AT approx 12:15pm) I go to the store and place an online order, because I am physically unable to stand in line. I speak up and remind the sandwich maker several times it is supposed to have DOUBLE meat, not 50% more. Turns out the maker is the MANAGER, still attempting to give me 50% more steak, insisting that is DOUBLE meat, which of course IT IS NOT. Double is advertised, I paid for double, and I want what I ordered nothing more. VERY Reluctantly she says "I 'll add more this time only. "So be cautious if you pay for double, they aren 't giving you double.Edit: I am revising the review and ratings after email conversations with the franchise owner who assured me repeatedly the issue is being taken care of. Apparently this is an issue of training, and the employees, as I understand it, will be retrained to distribute proper portions. The next time I go to Subway I will find out if the issue has been fixed for good and if so I will provide an update to the review.Thank you to the owner for promptly addressing the issue.
Typical subway visit and sandwiches. Exactly what I expected which is the goal.Wanted to shout out the 2 workers 9/27/23 closing the restaurant. They did a great job. Got busy on them at the end and they kept a great attitude, kept it moving, and got us all out quick. Thanks guys.
This place should be avoided at all costs due to the discourteous and indolent staff who exhibit a lack of customer service skills, taking ten minutes to take an order and neglecting to greet patrons. I personally visited on May 20th, 2023 at 8:42 and, having had an unpleasant experience, will never return to this establishment again.
Hot meatball sub was cold and bread was so hard I had microwave to eat. Also tuna sub had same stale bread.
