Starbucks - Leesylvania

The staff member was wearing Apple earbuds and appeared to have difficulty hearing me. However, the restaurant was clean and the service was quick.

This restaurant experience was terrible. The staff were unfriendly, uncommunicative, and seemed irritated when I requested modifications to my drinks. I will not be returning. The customer service at 8:57am on 05/14/2023 was nonexistent at this location.

Five stars for the comfy chairs, more locations should do this.

I can't express how happy Andy, Sydney(too bad shes moving to FL), and Val made me this evening!!! Honestly, they are always super awesome when they help me...today was special.Long story short...they did what no one else could. I broke 1 of my lids to a tumbler that couldn't be replaced. Andy happened to have 1 left he gave it to me(i bought it)!!! When I tell you this tumbler had serious sentimental...that would be an understatement! I know this may sound silly to some people but, people in the service industry don't get enough praise.Thank you for having such amazing batistas!

Great customer service at this Starbucks. Even though there is an actual Starbucks location down the street, I still prefer to come to this location. There's usually little to no wait and I've never had an issue with my coffee unlike the other location on Prince William Pkwy.
