Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Leesburg

I was disappointed because my sandwiches weren't hot. I drove them thru, so I didn't expect that piping hot, but drove less than 3 miles and they were lukewarm through. Better.

If you buy chicken, this guy at the drive thru window charges you for dipping sauce and no other Popeyes has charged me before. Beware he's not friendly either.

Always “forget” several items in our drive thru order. We literally never get our biscuits. They fill the small Mac and Cheese less than halfway… literally 2 bites. Very unfriendly employees there too. It’s like they put no effort into anything.

I don 't typically write reviews but this place sincerely needs one. If you are considering going out and getting some of that Famous Louisiana Fried Chicken I would reconsider your options, or just stay home and cook. I 've gone to this unfortunate location many of times over the years to see if it had got better. I was wrong. So very wrong. Aside from the disgusting eroding aesthetics of the place, the staff and the food are egregious. Cold, mushy chicken sandwiches, Emotionless attitudes, and Incorrect orders is what I experience as every time. I understand the struggle, I used to work fast food too. Its not easy but the some of the people working here simply don 't care. My latest I ordered a 10pc spicy tender box and was abruptly cut off when the drive thru cashier announced my order total and told me to come to the window. I wasn 't finished ordering but looking back on it now I thank him. I reinstated my order at the window just to be sure it was right and he said yes. I didn 't check the food because I trusted him. I later got home and the familiar feeling of disappointment and sadness accompanied me. I got thighs, wings, and drums. At the end of the day I guess it was my mistake for thinking it was ok to come here. But don 't say I didn 't warn you :

Can barely get to the credit card machine due to these chairs in the way. A customer waited for her food for over 10 mins. Small order too. Gave her only 1 of 2 straws. The customer after I ordered got their food before I did. The manager or owner is rude. Slow to get your food and does not listed to you. He gave me pickles when I said no pickles. He gave me my cup when I ordered sweet iced tea which they pour themselves. All around this location does not tend to their customers well at all!!!
