Buffalo Wild Wings - Leesburg

Orders were messed up. Service was not good. We had to ask for napkins (wings are messy! shouldn't those be a given? we had to ask, more than once, for silverware. Tables around us were covered in dirty dishes from diners who had already left; they remained the entire time we were there... 3 different tables, we were there for quite awhile. Our appetizer dishes were never cleared from the table. Just a poor experience all the way around. Would not recommend this location to anyone. They were not busy and 3 different wait staff came to our table so they didn't appear to be short staffed.

My husband bought two different type of wings and 2 sandwiches! The sandwiches were not so bad but the wings were super dry! I understand it's not easy to pack wings in a box but even pizza hut makes sure they add some sauce when packing. Anyways, I don't think it was worth getting wings from here! I was expecting delicious wings considering they're famous for their wings ????

I ordered the boneless wings and fries over the phone for takeout. The wings were delicious, but the restaurant is severely understaffed. I was relieved that I didn't choose to eat in. The food is great, but the service is lacking due to a shortage of staff.

I will begin by highlighting the excellent service we received at this restaurant. I would give it 5 stars for the service alone. Our waiter was very friendly and patient, and she took our orders accurately and efficiently. We were visiting friends in town and decided to make a spontaneous visit to this restaurant. The atmosphere was not too busy, so we were able to enjoy our wings and order drinks without any hassle. Our waiter returned promptly when we wanted to order more drinks, which was a pleasant change from other similar restaurants where we usually have to track down the staff. Thank you for the great service!

I drove 30 minutes from home to this location to watch the UFC fight last night, only to discover that they close before midnight on a Saturday. Even though UFC's webpage indicated they show the fight and the first question on Google said they only show UFC fights, a small handwritten note at the hostess stand stated they don't show the fight. I have been watching UFC for almost 15 years at various Buffalo Wild Wings locations in Virginia and North Carolina, but this one decided not to show it. Additionally, the staff showed little empathy towards my disappointment. A little compassion goes a long way.
