Poppy's Ice Cream Coffee House

Overall it was a solid ice cream shop. It was inviting and the employees were friendly and kind. For me there were a few too many froufrou flavors. I am more of a plain flavor guy without the bubblegum, mango, cheesecake, or birthday cake flavors. I was also disappointed in their website because they did not display their menu when I clicked on it. It says there are currently no menus to display. In today 's digital age you definitely need a good website or app to showcase your store. Please keep your website up to date.

Locally made ice cream. Lots of delicious flavors. Definitely recommend.

This vanilla bean might be the best I've ever had. It's sooo creamy. ????

Got declined service twice in a matter of 2 minutes. 1. I had my dog with me and they don’t allow dogs (which I explained he was a service animal and 2. they don’t accept tap to pay. So I left empty handed. In my opinion, being in service industry, they just turned away a potential repeat customer twice. Which is really no way to run a business in hospitality.

The ice cream was fabulous. Great variety and awesome customer service
