La Fuente Mexican Grill - Lee's Summit

I go here often, mario is one of, if not the best server i’ve ever experienced throughout the years. Very friendly and welcoming experience with very fair prices for the amount of food you get. I always get the burrito la fuente with an appetizer being the chorizo dip.

My family and I enjoyed the ambiance and great service. The fried ice cream is a must try! We will be going back soon!!

I arrived just an hour before closing and received prompt service. The waitress was friendly. The Carne Asada had a decent portion size, and the steak was tender and tasty. The Pollo Cheese Dip was smaller, but it was also not bad. The lively atmosphere added to the overall ambiance.

Absolutely horrible experience here. I have never and I mean never been treated so poorly and so disrespected in a restaurant in my life. The service was absolutely atrocious. We arrived on 5/4 at 5pm and did not leave until almost 7:45. No one ever checked on us, not one single individual at my table received a refill of their drinks after being there for over 2 hours. We ordered one simple burrito to go when we ordered our main meals, it never came. After finishing our meals we waiting 30min for a check, were told they were making our to go meal.. waited another 20min. Asked another employee politely if they knew how much longer on the meal.. told they were in the process of making it. Waiting ANOTHER 30 min. Went back to the front and asked about our to go meal while still waiting on boxes for our meals at the table. The employee from the front came back and stated they were not making our to go meal as they were too busy… after being told for over AN HOUR it was being made. When we asked to speak to the manager about why we were never informed about them deciding to not make our meal or why or waiter was never at our table, he laughed at me. Actually laughed. I’m so embarrassed I ever waisted time or money at this restaurant. I’m very disappointed, decent food but your customer service is disgusting. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know.

I ordered a meal through Uber and they want to charge me chips and salsa.. and it’s included in your meal when you eat at the restaurant
