Beautiful meal, all excellent, wanted more carrots than they were beautiful

Eating was a bad quality. the bratkartoffels were over cooked, only sharp and almost no potatoes inside. the Yorkshire pudding is over. the cauliflower cheese, a dish was delicious and the other looked like it had come from the previous Sunday. celeriac wellington was under the average, but those who had the bark had said was very nice. not enough force and took long to come when asked. jess, the waitress was nice. they would only expect more from a roast over £20. is not returned and is not recommended.

Eat exceptional, but a long waiting period between the curses. personal courtesy and recognized, we waited one because, but still added 10% service fees for the bill when we were clearly unhappy

We had no complaints about the meal at all. The scotch eggs were home made and really delicious and perfectly cooked. Our roast beef was tender and well presented and a very good choice of vegetables . The interior and exterior could perhaps do with a bit of TLC . All in all though a good experience with very friendly staff.

Food service was very good, but lacking any ambiance maybe some background music would have made the experience more welcoming
