Ozmo'z - Leeds

I just ordered from this restaurant tonight for myself and my sister, and after seeing the reviews on Google, I was a bit concerned. However, I ended up having nothing to worry about! The food arrived within the promised timeframe, and I had no issues contacting the restaurant directly just in case. The customer service was excellent—helpful and friendly from both the restaurant and the delivery service. The food was delicious! I ordered some BBQ chicken pitas, a hummus starter, jalapeño bites, and a couple of cakes. Everything was fantastic! I will definitely order from here again and highly recommend it!

I have to say, I had a great experience eating here despite the mixed reviews on Google, primarily concerning longer delivery times. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The staff was incredibly friendly and checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was good and to see if we needed anything else. I ordered the full peri chicken, which was cooked to perfection, and the pizza was also excellent. I also tried the peri burger; while they were on the smaller side, they were very juicy. I can't think of anything negative to say about the experience. I will definitely be back, inshaa Allah, when we visit again!

I really don't understand how people can be so dishonest. I'm very particular about my food, and I was actually worried about ordering after reading these negative reviews. However, when my meal arrived, it was not only on time but tasted exactly how I expected! It's disappointing that some people would wait an extra five minutes and then write misleading reviews on Google.
