This is clearly a management issue but they will not know of this. On a previous visit they didn’t have dairy free milk despite selling it in the store.
Friendly staff, nice and clean very busy, next time I pop in will have my lunch there .as plenty of choice at a reasonable price.
Limited menu but enough choice to tempt me. Staff are very friendly and obliging. I plumped for a fish finger sandwich and my wife had a toasted teacake enjoyed it
I was a little worried about visiting with just my young son, but the staff went above and beyond to help. It was busy and we waited to be seated, but they led us to our table and brought a high chair. We went to choose our food, unfortunately they were out of croissants, my son's favorite. At the register, a staff member offered to help me with my tray. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our visit.
Nestled on the second floor, this cozy cafe is a great place to take a break while shopping. They offer the usual M&S cafe food, but I was impressed with the good service and friendly staff during my almost daily visits over a few weeks in Leeds.
