Caffe Nero - Leeds

The staff at this restaurant are delightful and the coffee is great. However, it is unfortunate that there is a large number of flies in the shop, crawling over the windows, tables, and refrigerators. The place is in need of fumigation.

I had a cup of cappuccino ,the look of it is terrible isn’t as professional as other cappuccinos I have in Costa cafes.I had to ask for a tray which they had to already put it on a tray.I’m not wasting my money there anymore.

The friendly and welcoming staff, Zozo and Flora, made our dining experience enjoyable. The food was of high quality and we enjoyed two meals here. The Covid discount was a nice bonus, thanks to Zozo for recommending this restaurant. The establishment was clean, fast, and had good table spacing. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Called in on the way to shopping. Nice place...friendly staff. Had an unusually tasty egg and bacon roll. This is my favourite coffee of all the chains. My wife tells me the cake and chai latte were good as well.

Had a coffee here this afternoon. The coffee and cake was lovely but the whole place was filthy there was food all over the floor. The toilet was disgusting the floor was soaking and the smell was over powering. We definitely won't be back
