The best and freshest bbq in St Clair. It's worth every penny. The staff is really friendly and the owner treats everyone like your family. I recommend it to everyone.

Visisted twice recently. Brisket was best Ive had in AL and equal to favorites in TX. Smoke level is perfect, high quality meat, flavorful mop and tender. Chicken was very moist, flavorful and tender. This is breast sliced thin not pulled typically seen. I prefer this sliced. BBQ beans with apples are different but very good. Service is friendly but on the slow side for a food truck.

Awesome. Meat is tender and extremely tasty. I had the pulled pork plate. Enough meat to make 3 sandwiches. The Baked beans with the apples was some of the best I've had.
