Mcdonald's - Leechburg

Drive-thru times are absolutely ridiculous! 27 minutes in line and most of the time my simple order is botched. This place has gone down hill for a very long time now.

The lady that was working the drive-through at around 12 PM on September 16, 2023 was really rude to me because I didn’t know how to pick up an online delivery in the drive-through Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. Extremely slow and you are lucky if they even acknowledge your presence. Sometimes they completely ignore you at this location. OMG worst McDonalds ever!!!! I drove through a few days back and decided to stop for lunch. They had no ice and no available bathrooms because the WATER WAS SHUT OFF AND THEY WERE STILL OPEN!!! That can’t be hygienic. I decided against ordering anything when I heard that, and I don’t think I will EVER be back! Worst experience EVER. I question the management allowing them to stay open with no running water. Truly disgusting.
