Big fish! I saw this place recommended on tiktok, so my sister and I decided to drive to Leduc to try it. The raw sushi here is fantastic! The tuna sashimi is thick as a steak and very fresh. Prices are very reasonable and quality is excellent. But we went to lunch and the wait was at 35min to get our food, not that I was too much. I was just a little surprised because it took a little longer than I expected for the 5pc sashimi. Salmon Inferno Roll was AMAZING!!!! Very recommended. I saw some people recommending monkey rolls or monkey brains and honestly, it's a SKIP for me. This place makes raw fish incredibly good~ so use their quality ingredients and get the raw fish dishes!
