Bidra med feedbackI ordered dinner at 8:20 PM. It took no time for the food to get here. Containers look like very large portions but it was mainly noodles and very little vegetables. The chicken tasted like it was cooked with fish. I can not tolerate the taste of fish so I didn’t eat very much of the chicken. The following day my stomach felt queasy, I could still taste my meal and I ended up having to take some Pepto-bismol to get through the day as the nausea worsened. I love pho and this was the first time that I ordered from this restaurant. I certainly will not be ordering again. We spent $45 for a meal that neither of us could tolerate. For curious minds all we had to eat that day was toast. So really nothing else that could’ve made us feel ill.
I normally don’t like to write a bad review but this was the most terrible service ive recieve. As a family when u go eat out we like to have a good time n enjoy good food .Service was terrible ,very rude, loud, no sense of manner. Messed up my whole dining experience. We have to ask for every small thing, salt, sauce etc on top of that food was stale, they serve us old rice. Made me sick n throw up. The server was using broom n vacuming while we dine there, felt like we are unwelcome. Don’t go there unless u want to waste ur money for a very poor service and bad stale food. Everyone deserved to get a good service with good food. Certainly this pho express doesn’t care at all. Its my second time there n i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
If you want food poisoning this is the place. I ordered a central noodle and they served raw pork meat balls in my noodle soup. When I told them about it, they did not care and did not even offer to refund the bowl of noodles that I couldn't eat. They did not sound concern at all that they served raw Pork meat balls and said they will pass this message along to the kitchen. What kind of restaurant does not care that their kitchen served raw pork ?
I used to love going here but the last couple times were not great. Under cooked Boba in my bubble tea, my vermicelli noodles were seemingly chopped into pieces about 1 long so more like rice than noodles. There is a lot of inconsistency here.
I love the Shrimp Satay Soup! Once I maybe got too many rice noodles but otherwise great!
