Bidra med feedbackThat was the best dinner experience we've ever done. We've read all the reviews and really couldn't understand them. It was a very original and creative cuisine, you could feel the passion and love of the ingredients and the kitchen. I've never seen anything like that before. So despite the existing reviews, just go there and experience yourself. What meets most is the criticism of the service, which is absolutely wrong. We felt welcome at any time, even with our child 8 months old and never missed anything. They also asked for our feedback at the end and actually everything was perfect and unique for us. We would always come to this restaurant, which welcomed us so friendly and made us a great experience this evening. Thanks to all employees and the cook we couldn't imagine it better!!!!! So please do not think of the negative reviews, it is a great place to eat ingenious food and also have an unforgettable great experience. This restaurant has a strong opinion and a lot of respect for purity and simple,local ingredients combined with complex taste. It could not be authentic anymore.
Great experience that leads us to other tastes that we usually do not eat or combine. with a whimsical mention for the dish “GLASSWORT, SPIRULINA, EGG” an unmistakable passage, if through Lecce, and for those who like to discover new taste! Congratulations that you do not deserve your Michael Star

We had an amazing experience in Bros. When choosing the restaurant we had an idea of an atypical art restaurant. When we arrived, there was no public entrance, we had to ring a bell, the responding staff was dressed in a kind of military security dress and the atmosphere was somehow underground, fetish style. The staff was supernice and the whole concept of food was consistent. If you expect another restaurant with typical Italian food, you are completely wrong there! But if you open up for a new adventure, you will have an amazing food experience in a completely different way! We never had such an experience! Flavours and textures combined in a completely new way, we had a course in front of the kitchen and a course in the creative laboratory. In total, we had 20 dishes of dedicated food art with wonderful hosts who led us through the evening and made it a special event for us. It was amazing!
Great Michelin star quality restaurant! Unlike a few other reviews of this place mine is very positive. The 15 course tasting menu took about 5 hours, but this was time well spent. It was a rollercoaster of tastes and experiences. The dishes were partitioned in two, arguably three, groups (sour and umami) but had a common factor: the use of fermented products. Almost every course had some fermented ingredient which caused special and surprising tastes. Highlights of the meal were the quail and the razor clams. Both made to perfection. These guys clearly got a great deal of experience from the three star Martin Berasatgui in San Sebastian but here they created their own beautiful unique culinary experience. The staff was very friendly and personal to give a friendly and welcoming feeling. If you have the time to go here, definitely do!
