Poor service, I have 1 hour and 19 minutes waiting.

I placed an order at 9h18 and it didn't arrive until 1pm and I had to call and the number provided by the website doesn't go through it says it has been changed or not in use ..worst experience ever even my pizza was not what I asked for I am never doing an online order again and that's if I do order there in this life time ..for the fact that I have to call to get information on my order Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: R 250–300

My creamy chicken tripple decker was sooooo dryyyy Service: Delivery Price per person: R 200–250

Had to wait 4 hours for a delivery and store manager was rude and arrogant Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150

Second time now, placing an order online yet i still have to wait 30+ minutes. what is the purpose of placing orders online when I'm still made to wait so long as if i am a walk in. Haowa hayi, next time I'll abandon my order because this is unacceptable.
