But hey life doesn 't put everyone to the same standards and people don 't really strive to be better at what they do. Enjoy serving Mediocre service, providing mediocre food and maintaining a mediocre establishment. Must suck being an employee and dealing with this mediocrity Food: 3
Staff is ok not bad service but they have really started skimping out on the food. The burritos used to so big they’d barely be able to wrap them now they’re not much bigger than a bean burrito from Taco Bell. I used to get stuffed after eating now I’m left hungry. Also the bags of chips are about half what they used to. It’s sad.
The store just opened and they already rushing you. They apparently are charging double protein for a regular amount of barbacoa . I asked another portion, she took her thongs and put a little scoop on the bowl and charged me 3 proteins, though it was really a protein and a half lol. They rush you the entire process and didn’t close my to-go lids on my bowls properly. I have liquids all over me and smell like food now. They also have a hard time listening, prepare to repeat yourself 100 times. Mind you I was only the second person in line. This is the last time I’ll be going to this location
If I could give this a zero star I would. I just stood in line for 20 minutes just to order and get up to the counter to pay. I asked for a half a cup of hot water as I have my 3 month old baby with me to warm his bottle. The girl at the counter refused and I asked for the manager. Francisco came over very smug and stood there all high and mighty saying it’s against policy because I could burn myself. I explained it’s for my 3 month old which he didn’t seem to understand. He stated he didn’t have children, which is clear as anyone with children know as babies they need to be fed at certain times. He was so rude and just kept saying no. By this time 30 people in line including a lady behind me are hearing all this and saying how horrible it was they were giving me the water. I didn’t ask for boiling water just hot water. This is outrageous to deny a 3 month old a way to eat while we tried to dine at the establishment. I hope he is seriously written up or fired over this. And chipotle headquarters since you have a 1.5 star rating out of 120 reviews, and don’t answer your phone, I think it’s clear you don’t care about your company at all.
