I ordered at about 9:30 in the morning and Im 99.9999% sure my Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo was yesterdays sandwich. the entire thing was cold and VERY stale. I understand a couple hours of being premade, but what I received was unacceptable.

I have ordered in person and through this app and this specific location has never once got my order correct. I will never order from this location unless some serious service changes are made.

On this particular day I used the mobile app to order ahead. When I got there I'm pretty sure it was after 10:00 a.m. and may have been 19, there are no open lights on and the drive-through was completely dark. I ended up calling the store and speaking to someone who said they had not had time to turn the signs back on yet. And also went there at 10:00 at night to order before work and was told that everybody was on break and they couldn't take my order at that moment. And it made me leave the drive-thru completely. Probably the worst ran place I have ever known

It's good food but they are always out of stuff . That is usually poor management. I understand if it was every once in a while but it is all the time.#eggrollsforlife

Nice enough people but very slow service. Having worked as a line cook in a bar the lunchtime Rush is the time you need to Hustle.
