615 Pizza Company - Lebanon

My first visit here was a walk-in. I ordered a large specialty with breadsticks. It was a vegetarian pizza. I live three blocks away and by the time I made it home the bottom of the box was already wet. The pizza was also soggy on the bottom to where it was not edible. I got this pizza for a birthday dinner.i waited to after the dinner to call and inform them the condition of the pizza. The manager told me it was bc I had all veggies accused me of being aggressive bc I told him I always got all veggies everywhere else. And then hung up. I called back ask for owner was ask why I wanted to speak with the owner and then told they wouldn?t be in til 3 tomorrow. Then received a call from the owner. After being RUDELY interrupted from talking many times I Was basically told it was my fault for ordering so many veggies. So the water from the veggies seeped and made the box soggy?!? I didn?t want anything free. As the very first call I made I simply suggested a different type of box. All I got was blame for having veggies and very bad customer service. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

We have gotten pizza delivered from here 2 times now and the order has been correct, fresh and much better than places like dominos or pizza hut. The bad reviews they have on here must be from rude entitled people. McDonald?s can mess up your order 100 times and you?ll still go back but a small business messes up 1 time and you bash them forever. Give 615 Pizza a chance! It?s really good!

My husband and I have ordered twice from here for delivery. Both times, the drivers have been incredibly friendly. The delivery time wasn?t bad at all. The food was hot and fresh. The pizza we got tonight, along with the cheese sticks, were cooked perfectly and came with plenty of toppings, sauce for the side, etc. Cheaper (and better) than Papa Johns which is the only other place they will deliver to our house. Will continue to order!

Alittle pricey when you feeding people who all want something different (not their fault at all lol) First time eating there and I was impressed. First bite and it was definitely the best pizza I ever had IMO of course. I had pig and poultry and loved it. Cheese bread was good as well. Everyone inside was super nice , my boyfriend can be difficult at times ????. 5 stars food and service.

Strong arm you for tips. Unfortunately after having been long time happy customers tonight we were strong armed into an over $30 tip. After having waited for over an hour and twenty minutes we were given the choice of not keeping our food or giving the driver the change from a hundred dollar bill. Our total was $48 dollars. Sadly after management returned our very upset call she replied this is the industry standard and that she herself would be fine with such a situation. We are disgusted with how this was handled. We even said we were happy to tip our driver generously, we usually do, however strong arming your customers into leaving a tip of that magnitude and hiding behind the front that you would be ok with all of it is insulting to ones intelligence. We will not be ordering from there ever again. If you choose too beware paying cash.
