The service was fast and friendly and I was able to customize the ingredients on each sandwich ? to mine and my husband's liking.The order was made fresh and according to our specifications. The restaurant was clean, well organized and efficiently managed.I asked about the wraps which I'm glad they kept on the menu after summer so we get a chance to try them in the future. The employees gave their honest opinion about each wrap to help guide my future decisions when ordering from that portion of the menu.My husband and I were both pleased when we got home to eat lunch. It was accurate, fresh and delicious ?. I'd definitely return to this location. Great value for the money ?. Additionally, they provided a great experience all the way around!Vegetarian options: There are ways to customize the menu offerings to accommodate various dietary choices.Parking: Small parking lot but many spaces were available upon our arrival.
I placed an order on Monday 10/2 for a small catering bundle for my boss to pick up for a meeting. I got the order number and that it was confirmed, but when he went to go pick it up on 10/5 it was not ready. In fact, he said multiple people came in after him looking for an online order and they weren't ready. We appreciate that they were able to accommodating us quickly, but my boss was late to his meeting and there should be a better process of making sure those online orders are being looked at.
Line was at the door so I went down to Fritzs for a sandwich, baked beans and ptato salad. Very good!
Even though they fired me for the wrong reasons, this store still has the freshest produce and friendliest NIGHT staff... Always gonna be a Jimmy John's girlParking: Very few parking spots out front.. there are more around back, but then you have to walk all the way around to the front door.. no backdoor entrance..exit, yes no entrance.
Waiting out back behind the business in the parking lot for my friend to get off work at the Leawood Kansas location when I overheard an employee say that a friend paid him $15 to say the 'n ' word. The other employee said that he 's on camera heard saying the 'n ' word but no footage of his face while saying it. Conversations like these about how they so casually use the word make me never want to purchase anything ever from your company. I may just be one person but, not a penny more will go to you out of my pocket. I hope something will be done about the people you choose to hire. If the camera 's out behind the building work then I 'm sure it caught it all. Have a good day
