Papa John's Pizza - Leavenworth

The worse place! Ordered the night before for pizza to be delivered at 1030am today 26th May 2022. Guess what? Pizza did not show up till 2hours 30 min later. ice cold. And I called the store 7 times. Only 3 times they picked up, the rest they left thevoice on forever. Eveytime theu said there is no one to deliver the pizza on base. I said I could meet with the driver at thegate if they can't come in but they did not do so. No one update me the status of the pizza and when I can meet the driver Istead of him can't get on base. and I ordered extra pineapple but it on had a little bit of pineapple. Never order pizza fromthis place any more. It came ice cold and not even saying sorry.

Half of my pizza was totally burnt, I called to let them know knowing that I asked for a well done pizza. The manager had the audacity to tell me that?s how well done is knowing that I order Papa Jones from several cities and states and I never had thismess. Everything taste weird in this pizza. Save your money and go to a different location these people have the worse customerservice I?ve ever had

This was my first experience at Papa John's, and I couldn't be happier! They exceeded my expectations! Honestly, I don't want to get pizza anywhere else! The pizza was delicious, and the service was fantastic! Thank you!

I really enjoy a good pizza, and Daddy John's delivered wonderfully! I like to keep it simple by ordering a thin crust pepperoni pizza, and they nailed it!

I wouldn't recommend it. The pizza is terrible and often arrives cold. It’s clear that the staff doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction or service. I've had DoorDash drivers leave the pizza on the porch without even knocking. Definitely skip the tip on the bill; it’s a sure way to get a poor delivery. I'm finished with Papa John’s in Leavenworth.
