Mana - Leavenworth

Mana is hands down the best restaurant in Leavenworth, and it was the perfect place for our wedding anniversary celebration. From the moment we walked in, the romantic atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The food was nothing short of art—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. What truly made the night special was the personal touch from the chef, who took the time to visit each table and share his story and the inspiration behind Mana. It was a heartfelt experience that added a unique and memorable dimension to our evening. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend!

Excellent prix fixe menu. Each course was well thought out and well executed with perfect wine parings. Dinner is at a special occasion or splurge price point for most people, but it's one you will remember.

Enjoyed another delicious menu (3rd different for us this year) and wine pairing with friends again Saturday. The highlight for me was an extraordinarily flavorful beef dumpling in a bone broth. My tablemates voted for the miso glazed black cod with ponzu foam. As always the freshness of the ingredients is fully apparent and the creative combinations of flavors and textures makes the entire experience truly fantastic. Looking forward to returning to see what new treats Mana will think up for us next time.

This is our third or fourth time to Mana. The food is a little earthy for us, but still good. We were somewhat disappointed with it this time though. The first was it took so long to get the food out that our food was not hot or even warm when it got to us. We do a lot of Chef's tasting menus and haven't experienced this before because I think they stagger the tables. It also took a long time between courses, which with a chef's tasting menu does take time and is an experience, but this one seemed to be longer. So much so we almost left before final course. We are glad we did because it was the best course. We did feel that some of the food was underwhelming from what the menu promised. The service was wonderful though! Very sweet and attentive staff.

One of the finest dinners My wife and I have ever experienced!! The service was first class. Seven courses, each very different, very satisfying. We were camping in our RV and made it a date night.
