A&W Restaurant - Leamington

Had not prepared my order to wait after 10 minutes, on the drive thru vote box. tell me to move and wait. he hadn't even had a single entry of my order. Girls went out without my drink. $20 meal is filthy. I'll never eat here again. Girl could speak most English through her mask. what happened to roll leaves and good service/good eating? I couldn't even get a root beer boat. wow.

This restaurant is simply not right. Previously in summer my wife and I visited the restaurant. on this very hot day the air conditioning system did not work in the restaurant and we had to eat our meals in our air-conditioned vehicle. the service was great and the workers were polite, but it was hotter than the hell in there. So yesterday on 9 sept. 2022, we visited the restaurant for the second time because we noticed that their teen burgers were special. also here the service and the workers were very good, but not sure what kind of wax or purer they used on the floor, but it was like an ice rink in there! the floor was so slippery that they had to watch everyone step to make sure they didn't slip and fall! even if that wasn't bad enough after we came home, the woman and I liked out of any reason out of eating upset. I go to A W always, whether it be in Innisfil, Bradford, Richmond Hill, Vaughan etc, I was in Leamington for a few days went to A W everyday for breakfast. One day, they staff advised me they would cook my meal fresh since it...was not ready, I waited in the designated area for over 20 min (the manager came out, handed me my food my money back and apologized a few times, my order had been bumped off so the staff forgot) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I went back the next day of course will always continue to go there when I'm back in Leamnington
