As every year we make a great joy to meet in Cathy in Chardon Bleu during our holidays with the family and our best Friends of Toulouse. The reception is of immense conviviality to the point where one would almost believe at home. The kitchen and full of love and goodness. The Tasting can be made in the beautiful garden along the Arac (the famous river Ariège). I recommend that ALL stop at the sight of the 2 atypical characters at the entrance and you will be conquered forever.
