Don't come here to wreck the bourgeoisie. This place is reserved for those who enjoy authentic flavors (and values). The dishes are tasty, they are made with the products of the farm, on site. Fresher, there isn't. The Sancy view is a pure privilege. We can almost talk to the cows who make the milk you eat. Anyway, whoever didn't eat there didn't come to Auvergne.
