Le Van De Thierry - Le Grau-du-Roi

Want to drink a quality cocktail and made with talent and skill? Don’t look elsewhere, if you are on the island of Ré’ rendezvous with Thierry finally in front of his vintage USA caravan to attend a nice show before tasting. One regret, he doesn’t make a mojito... but he finds it too basic and simple.

A very nice place, centred around an old US caravan in aluminium, where Thierry prepares his cocktails with art and way! To accompany them (his cocktails , while the last gesticles and jungles with various bottles (up to four at the same time , its charming partner offers you plates of charcuterie, cheese, vegetables or the sea. Around the van are arranged tables and benches in a very lounge atmosphere. You can also find waffles and paninis and ice cream. In short, we spend pleasant times at any hour of the day until late evening. Set in the heart of the outdoor hotel Le Phare, with a nice view of the marshes you can enjoy a cocktail while admiring the splendid sunset on the island of Ré. We go there regularly, and I recommend it to you.
