Very bad, a reservation with the wrong date per accident. nothing they could do to rebook the reservation, even suggestief a little extra to pay, but did not want to help. Very hostile did not want to give the manager on the phone, nothing to discuss to get both parties satisfied, they just think about their money. Maybe they'd be kind if I was French or even French.
