Texas Roadhouse - Layton

Texas Roadhouse is a fun-themed steak house that is one of my personal favorites! I love their steak! I always get a steak, with loaded fries and a salad, and that paired with the all you can eat rolls, just makes it amazing!

The food is good and the service is friendly. Large portions mean you'll probably have leftovers. The place is loud, though. Not exactly an intimate dining experience. Expect to stop your meal and your conversation every few minutes for a group “YEE-HAW” for somebody's birthday. I’m actually kind of disappointed I even had to write this review. Texas Roadhouse is pretty good usually, but this visit was not it. What happened is I think someone didn’t cook the food properly or there was a food bourne illness that happened, but yeah. Usually good, but this just wasn’t it.

Great food, great service. When they was out of Prime the kitchen manager politely let me know and offered a ribeye.. Great night

I ordered to-go at 7pm, for a pick-up time of 8pm. Got to the restaurant at 750pm, waited outside in the rain, and had them check on the order twice, until 840pm. Watched the girl bag the order after sitting on the counter for 5 minutes, and she dropped one of the boxes. Like, completely flipped upside down and land on the top type drop.
