Bidra med feedbackWe arrived to have a brunch date to discover all the tables and chairs have been removed. We were informed corporate told them to do this. We won't be back to this location. Pretty messed up... Nowhere to sit and wait, even.
No tables anymore. And the last couple times I've come, it seems like there is some problem or hiccup or something with the rewards program. (They made it right for me today, which was awesome. But that hasn't always been the case. Depends on the employee. If you want to use your rewards, ordering ahead on the app seems to be the easiest way.
The staff were wonderful and nice. I think my treatment was exceptional, but regardless it took a very long time to get my breakfast, and when I did the bagels were nothing special and seemed a little bit overpriced. I did enjoy the fact that they had coffee and smoothies available, and a wide array of options to choose from for bagels.
Wow! What a disappointment for my first time at this location. I did a curbside pick up via Einstein's app. They never brought my order out so I went in and picked it up. I get home and the doggie bagel is missing, the cinnamon sugar bagel has practically no cinnamon sugar- it was more like a plain bagel. I ordered a blueberry muffin and they gave me the wrong flavor AND it was stale and too hard to eat. Complete waste, this store needs to get their act together.
Nice place and they gave me some free ice for my cup I brought. I asked them to slice the bagels then while paying for them I said I wanted them sliced because I saw they weren't sliced. The cashier told me they were and I said look at them. He looked and then they had to go back and slice them forealz which was ok, but just make sure you check if your bagles are sliced before you take them with you. Still 5 stars for this review because the folks working there were very polite and the bagles are perfect
