Thai Fusion is a place my wife wanted to try and we finally got the chance to try it for lunch. Service was good and they start you out with water and a salad. The salad is good and a nice starter. We both ordered the lunch special and did Penang curry for my wife and green curry for myself. Both of us got the coconut soup which is different but not my favorite. BEST PLACE TO EAT IN LAYTON! I really don't know how they do it but sheesh this place is amazing! From the homemade seaseme salad dressing to the fresh spring rolls to the crying tiger everything is so fresh and delish!
